1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 788w ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 788w website, its services, games, promotions and any related features accessible via the platform.

To register an account with 788w, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 788w account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by someone else using your credentials.

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. 788w will never contact you to ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 788w support immediately.

Your 788w account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform on your behalf.

788w reserves the right to suspend or close an account at its discretion, including where:

• The account registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (no login or transaction activity).
• Fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• Required identity verification documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe.

Where an account is closed by 788w for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable deductions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 788w — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 788w does not apply currency conversion and your balance is always displayed in PKR.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods on 788w include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallet options as made available in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply as displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• 788w does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit limits can be set by the player through the responsible gaming tools in account settings.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the account, or after additional verification for alternative methods.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 788w reserves the right to request documentation at any stage before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals from bonus-funded balances may only be requested once all applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

788w offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, cashback and free spins. All offers are subject to their individual terms, which will be displayed at the time the promotion is presented or accepted. These general Terms apply alongside any offer-specific conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 788w promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully registered and verified their 788w account.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, household, device, IP address and payment method unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play. The specific wagering requirement multiple will be stated clearly in the offer terms — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 30,000 before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type will be specified in individual offer terms. Progressive jackpot games and certain table game variants may contribute 0% or a reduced percentage.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• 788w reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or disqualify a player from a promotion where abuse, exploitation or breach of these Terms is detected.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Winnings generated from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement will be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.

Attempting to exploit bonuses through strategies such as low-risk or zero-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay is considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, winnings voidance and account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules

All casino games, slots, live casino tables and fish games available on 788w are sourced from certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently tested random number generation (RNG) systems. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes and published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage under normal play conditions.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or game error during a session, the following applies:

• If a game round has been fully completed and the result confirmed before a disconnection, that result stands.
• If a game round was interrupted before completion and the outcome was not recorded, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• Where a game error results in an incorrect display of odds, payout or game outcome, 788w reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Any winnings paid in error will be reclaimed.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. Placing stakes outside permitted limits is not possible through the standard game interface; any such transaction processed in error will be voided.

Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant game as stated at the live table. In the event of a stream interruption that prevents the completion of a live round, the round will be declared void and stakes returned where technically possible.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The 788w sports betting section covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments, football, Esports and other sports as available on the platform at any given time. Betting markets, odds and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in unless the event is subsequently void.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended during periods of match action. Bets submitted during a suspended market will not be accepted.
• In the event that an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable void rules displayed in the betting section at the time of placing the bet.
• Manifest errors in odds — where an odds price is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned regardless of outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary depending on the sport, market type and event.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timescales depend on the completion of the event and result confirmation.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots or arbitrage strategies on the 788w sportsbook is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 788w platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and legal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
